Shipments & Returns

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS TO U.S.A & CANADA.

All shipping costs are included in the price of the product. As a result there is no additional shipping fees added during checkout. All shipments to Canada & U.S.A are free., Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped using the most cost efficient method available at the time.

In order to provide you with the best price, most products may take as long as 15-25 Business Days to arrive with the "Free Economy Shipping" option, however select items have Free Standard Shipping" within 3-12 Business Days delivery time. Most items also have the "Priority Shipping" and "Expedited Shipping" options available.

If you prefer faster delivery for items that do not have the "Expedited Shipping" option, please contact support@infinity-gear.com and we will do what we can to accommodate you.  An additional cost will be applied for using faster shipping methods.

If you wish to send the product as a gift you can simple add the new shipping address during check out.

The shipped orders may or may not come with tracking and may be dropped-off with or without signature. Priority and Expedited shipping prices for each product are displayed during the checkout process.

If you checkout with multiple items, they may arrive at separate times, and/or from separate warehouse locations. Because the shipping costs in Canada are so high,  most of our products are warehoused and shipped from China, so we can give you the best price possible.

When returning an item you may be asked to send it directly back to our warehouses in China. Depending on the reason for returning, shipping costs may or may not be covered by INFINITY-GEAR. Each case will be looked at individually to determine which party will be responsible to cover the costs of return shipping.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
